These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Alien Guitar Secrets website and related online services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase or access our digital products, courses or online services.
Separate terms may also apply to specific services, including private tuition, Junior Academy tuition, guitar servicing, merchandise, session work or artist consultation.

You may use the Alien Guitar Secrets website for lawful personal, educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not:
03 • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website content, course materials, teaching resources, graphics, videos, text, downloads, branding, logos, diagrams and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Alien Guitar Secrets.
Purchasing a course or digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for your own learning and personal development.
Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.
04 • COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Course access and digital products are provided subject to the description shown at the time of purchase.
Course structures, lesson order, supporting materials, videos and resources may be updated from time to time as the material develops or improves.
Unless otherwise stated, course access is for the individual purchaser only and may not be transferred or shared.
Alien Guitar Secrets does not guarantee a particular musical, technical, educational or professional outcome from participation in any course or program.
05 • PAYMENTS & PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant page or checkout.
Where GST applies, this will be included or identified as required.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including providers used by Zenler, Shopify, Ezidebit or other authorised payment services.
Alien Guitar Secrets may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change does not retrospectively alter a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
06 • LESSONS & TUITION
Guitar lesson bookings are also governed by the separate Lesson Terms of Business.
Those terms cover matters including recurring bookings, payments, rescheduling, absences, suspensions and cancellation.
Where there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and the Lesson Terms of Business in relation to tuition, the Lesson Terms of Business will apply to the tuition arrangement.
07 • GUITAR SERVICING & OTHER SERVICES
Guitar servicing, setup work, session work, artist consultation and other professional services may be subject to separate quotations, scopes of work or written agreements.
Any price estimate or quote is based on the information available at the time and may be revised where additional work, parts or issues are identified.
Where a material change is required, we will communicate that before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
08 • MERCHANDISE
Merchandise purchases may be fulfilled through third-party e-commerce, production or fulfilment providers.
Product availability, delivery timing, shipping costs and return procedures may also be subject to the terms of the relevant fulfilment platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
09 • USER ACCOUNTS
Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must notify Alien Guitar Secrets promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared contrary to these terms, or used unlawfully.
10 • THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms and services such as Zenler, MailerLite, Shopify, Zoom, Google, Meta and payment providers.
Alien Guitar Secrets is not responsible for the availability, operation or content of independent third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11 • WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to keep information on the website accurate and current, but errors, omissions or outdated information may occasionally occur.
Alien Guitar Secrets may update, correct, remove or change website content without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, courses or third-party platforms.
12 • EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Educational material provided by Alien Guitar Secrets is intended to support guitar learning, musical development and creative growth.
Individual results vary according to factors including practice, experience, consistency, physical capability, available time and application of the material.
No representation is made that use of AGS materials will guarantee professional employment, examination results, performance outcomes or specific levels of musical achievement.
13 • LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alien Guitar Secrets is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website, digital materials or third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
14 • AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Goods and services supplied by Alien Guitar Secrets may come with statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
These rights apply automatically where the law provides for them and cannot be excluded or restricted by these Terms and Conditions.
Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation depending on the circumstances.
15 • SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Alien Guitar Secrets may restrict, suspend or terminate access to online services where there is serious or repeated misuse, unlawful activity, account sharing, attempted security interference, harassment, fraud or material breach of these Terms.
Any such action will be taken reasonably and subject to applicable consumer rights.
